L'Auberge du Lac and others near Lake Charles close for upcoming hurricane

Today, Pinnacle Entertainment, Inc. announced to that L'Auberge du Lac, the Company's casino resort in Lake Charles, Louisiana, is in the process of closing to prep for upcoming Hurricane Rita, which is expected to possibly give the area a direct hit  within the next two days.

L'Auberge du Lac is nearly thirty miles from the Gulf of Mexico along the Calcasieu River. Management is also monitoring the situation carefully through the Company's properties in Bossier City and Harvey, Louisiana. Other area casinos are said to be doing the same. Many Internet gambling players think of the area fondly and will be watching this breaking news situation.
